T.O.S

GENERAL TOS- I will send wips at each stage of your commission, you can ask for changes on the sketch stage after that any major changes to the pose/expression/structure of the commission unless a error on my half will be charged.- I can hold slots for a max of 2 days.- As the artist i hold the right to post wips and updates of your commission on my social media unless discussed before hand.- I hold the right to use your commission to advertise my work.- Unless discussed before hand you may not use my art for commercial use or profit.- As above, I will also not have any commercial or profit rights over your commission unless discussed before hand.- I do try to work in order where i can but i struggle with mental health so some days i only have the energy to work on smaller things.- I will try keep everyone in my queue as updated as i can about my turn around time, i aim for 1-2 months max for a turn around.- If i feel uncomfortable with your commission i have the right to decline.- If i feel uncomfortable or feel like i am unable to deliver your work i have the right to refund your commissions full amount at any stage of the commission. if this happens you may keep the progress made.- When commissioning me you must have a clear reference sheet for me to work from, i do not work from descriptions unless doing custom characters.- I can give you the files for your commission if you wish but you must not redistribute them.- Please note i am in the UK so with time zones i may not always be awake or around when i receive messages.- I will always try to respond to messages asap but i get alot of messages on discord and they sometimes get lost so if you think i missed your message please bump me!

PAYMENTS- I only accept payments in £GBP unless stated otherwise.- I will not go past the sketch stage until full payment is received.- I accept payment plans on commissions above £100 but a £80 down payment is required.- I do not do refunds unless it has been over 3 months unless stated otherwise.- I take payments through Kofi and paypal only to protect both parties.- I am not responsible for your financial decisions and i am not a bank.

ADOPTS AND CUSTOM CHARACTERS- When you buy a character from you you get full rights to this design and can do what you wish with it (outside of any species rules which may apply)- You can not profit from my designs, if you buy a design you can not sell it for more than you bought it for + art value- You may use my designs to make/sell suits from.- You can alter and edit the designs as you please.
